Plugins are drop in components that enhance the functionality of EditLive!
Advanced Table Styles
The advanced table styles plugin automatically adds class names to table rows. This allows table styles to include alternating row colors and specific styling for the first or last row in the table.
Autolink
Automatically converts URLs the user types into hyperlinks. Currently it supports http, https, file and ftp URLs as well as www URLs without a protocol.

File Drag And Drop
Enables dragging and dropping files into EditLive! A number of file formats are supported:
- Images - gif, jpeg, tiff, png
- Inserts as an image tag. The image will be uploaded using the standard local image upload functionality.
- Text files
- Inserts the contents of the text files as plain text.
- HTML files
- Inserts the content of the HTML files, fully formatted.
- MS Word Documents (only when running on windows)
- Imports the contents of the Word documents.
- .url files (Internet Explorer bookmarks)
- Inserts a link to the bookmark target. The bookmark title is used as the link text.
Filter Images
The filter images plug-in filters pasted content to prevent the user from pasting images into the document.
Note that this prevents copying and pasting images from within the document as well as external images.
Footnotes
The footnotes plug-in provides a simple way for users to add footnotes to their HTML pages. The footnotes are displayed at the bottom of the page with hyperlinks to jump between the reference point in the content and the footnote itself.
Heading HotKeys
The HotKeys plug-in adds hot keys for the standard heading functions. It has ctrl-1 to 6 for headings level 1 to 6 and ctrl 0 to return to a standard paragraph.
Link Info
The link info plug-in provides a tool tip window for hyperlinks that shows detail about where the link goes.
Paste As Code
The paste as code plugin applies source code highlighting to code when pasting into the editor.
Smart Quotes
The smart quotes plug-in automatically changes straight single and double quotes to smart or "curly" quotes. It also converts a sequence of three periods (.) to an ellipses.
Table Of Contents
The table of contents plug-in provides a quick way to insert a table of contents and index to a document. The entries are automatically created from the level 1 and 2 headings in the document.
Track Changes Workflow Actions for IBM LWCM
This package provides two custom workflow actions for IBM Lotus Web Content Management to further integrate the functionality of track changes. The workflow actions allow you to either automatically accept all changes as part of workflow, or to prevent a content item from being published until all changes have been accepted.
