We felt your pain, so while we work out how to integrate this into our configuration system properly we've provided a simple little plug-in that just provides quick keyboard shortcuts for the six standard heading levels and for normal paragraphs. Welcome to LiveWorks! the window into the development world of Ephox. The site will ramp up gradually as we get more stuff ready, but the basic idea is to release our work as early as possible to allow our clients to help guide our product directions and get the most out of our products.

We're starting out by releasing a couple of proof of concept plug-ins that enhance the functionality of EditLive! in small but useful ways. We're releasing them with full source code so that you can extend them and modify them to best suit your own needs. In the future we plan to add more plug-ins, possibly some integrations into open source CMSs and early access downloads to our main products as we develop them.

We're very keen to hear any feedback about LiveWorks! itself and the code we make available through it (you can do this through the mailing list).  There are some rough edges and the code hasn't gone through all of our usual quality procedures and as such we can't offer support for any of the projects on LiveWorks!.  The things that prove popular on LiveWorks! will eventually make their way to be officially supported products, or rolled into our existing products.

Hopefully the projects on LiveWorks! help you get more value from Ephox's products faster.  They show what's possible with our products and perhaps give you ideas of how you can build enhancements to help your users even more.  LiveWorks! will let you see what's happening in Ephox as it happens.  It will help you integrate Ephox's applications with more systems and enable you to work with us to provide the tools you need for your users.
